The Michigan Institute for Data Science (MIDAS) just announced S3MC member Pamela Davis-Kean as new MIDAS Associate Director for Humanities and Social Sciences. Professor Davis-Kean will assist MIDAS in connecting with humanities and social science researchers engaged in data-driven science across University of Michigan departments. To this aim, she will help develop data science activities and programs related to these fields. We congratulate Professor Davis-Kean for her new appointment!
